What is the screen and button lock and how do I disable it?

This feature locks the touchscreen and buttons whilst in play to avoid accidental operation. The device will lock after 5 seconds of inactivity. To unlock the device, tap and hold on the touchscreen for 3 seconds or swipe from top to bottom depending on your settings or turn the crown 360° in a clockwise direction. 

To disable the lock screen please follow these steps:

Step 1: Power the X5 on by pressing the crown button.

Step 2: Press the crown button or swipe up/tap to enter the watch menu.

Step 3: Use the crown to scroll through the options or use the touchscreen, once 'Settings' is highlighted stop.

Step 4: Press the crown button or tap the screen to enter the Settings menu.

Step 5: Use the crown to scroll through the options or use the touchscreen, once 'Screen Lock' is highlighted stop.

Step 6: Press the crown button or tap the screen to enter the Screen Lock feature.

Step 7: Use the crown to scroll through the options or use the touchscreen, once 'Disable' is highlighted stop.

Step 8: Press the crown button or tap the screen to confirm this option change.
