I synced my round to my iPhone and have signed off on it. However, I cannot see the round on my iPad or on my desktop Dashboard. Even the clubs that I have set up on my phone are not shown on the iPad and Mac PC dashboard. What am I missing?
This is so tempermental, I synced my watch, uploaded the round and nothing, I refreshed and nothing, hard reset and nothing. How is this so bad? I'm at a total loss on what to do.
It's even less than 50/50 on whether the watch manages to connect!
I suggest closing the app fully and restarting the watch and trying again, even reinstalling the app. If these don't work contact customer service who will do more trouble shooting, they were very helpful with me.
I have tried to sync 2 rounds now. Both times it all looks fine but only gets to 99% synchronised and won’t complete.
Am I missing something. Any assistance greatly appreciated.
Synced my first round but it doesn't appear in the app or Dashboard. Swiped down to refresh and nothing happens. Some articles referring to manually logging out of the app…how do I do that? I want to love this product but this is frustrating.
Same issues. Terrible bluetooth connection. Rounds won't sync, when I finally get it to sync it will upload 99% of the round and then spin for an hour or so and never complete.
Signing out of the app, closing it fully and then signing back in, rounds now show after being uploaded.
But agreed, not a great experience and the comment in here stating to sign out saved the day.
Also very poor Bluetooth connectivity. Usually have to reboot the watch for it to connect back up to my phone if it's already been connected once.
same here, i cant connect to the app
It’s not great technology. For some reason I found that it works with Bluetooth on my iPad but not phone. No other devices I have have this issue.
Another potential solve is to only connect through Bluetooth via their app and not in your phone/ iPad’s settings
No matter what I try, the device will not sync rounds to my phone. It always stalls at 98% and never progresses.
The same happends to me:

I synced my first round to my android phone. However, I cannot see the round on my phone or on my desktop Dashboard …
I had issues with synchronizing rounds on with my H4 device, I went in to the phones settings, apps, found shot scope, clicked storage, deleted data, started the shot scope app again and logged in, and then it actually synchronized!
Just did my first round with my newly acquired X5. During the round is did perfectly what I wanted/expected. Now uploading my round…. Sticks to 98%. And my round is nowhere to be found. Please help me out guys!! Thanks in advance.
I did my first round with my X5. After the round uploading is stuck at 99%. I tried to sync with my iPhone 15 (latest update installed). At home I tried to sync with my iPad and then it worked. So some issues need to be solved in the sync software.
This worked for me! iPhone 15 with X5:
If this happens again then please try the following steps below to resolve the issue:
*Disconnect the watch
*Switch the watch off
*Remove the X5 device and any other Shot Scope devices from your phones or tablets Bluetooth settings. This can be found in General Settings>Bluetooth Settings on most devices.
*Manually log out the app (closing the app doesn't log you out)
*Close the app
*Open the app
*Type email address and password to login
*Switch watch on
*Connect watch
*Re-try the sync
Its also important to make sure the WIFI connection is strong, the watch and the device are near to each other and that the device isn't interrupted during the process (best to keep it on the Shot Scope app until sync is complete).
