How to Update a Course Map on Your Shot Scope Device

At Shot Scope, we understand how important it is to have accurate and up-to-date course maps to enhance your golfing experience. Our dedicated Course Mapping team works hard to ensure all courses are mapped with the latest layouts and imagery. If you notice that a course map does not accurately reflect the current layout, we’re here to help you get it updated.

Steps to Request a Course Map Update:

If you find that your course map needs to be updated, simply contact us at support@shotscope.com. To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please provide the following information:

1. Course Name: Include the full name of the golf course.
2. Course Address: Provide the full address or location of the course.
3. Description of the Issue: Please describe the issue in detail, including specific examples. For instance, you can mention holes that are incorrectly mapped, new features that are missing, or any layout changes that need to be reflected on the map.

Once we receive your request, our Course Mapping team will review the information and work to update the course map as quickly as possible. We appreciate your help in keeping our course maps accurate and up-to-date!
